Aerosol Separator

Oil mist separation is an industrial environmental protection equipment. Commonly installed among machining tools and cleaning machines, the filter clears mist in its large suction processing chamber, protecting health of process workers and our environment.

Working Principle

Singe Stage Filtration

For single stage liquid filtration: solids in the liquid stream are first captured by the medium. Over time, the captured larger particles serve as an intermediate filtration medium to capture smaller particles.

Two Stage Phase Separation

High speed centrifugal separation system separates and removes liquid mist, while the coarse filter removes most of the suspended particles. Minute particles requires progressive filtration process for completion.

Three Stage Vacuum Mist Suction

Fine dust and oil mist are removed by the first two separation stages, while the addition of a carbon filter is to effectively eliminate smell and harmful gases within the process stream. Clean air from after this system is safe to release straight to the environment.
